Travel to Fez, Morocco can be achieved
with many air companies. Some of them are Royal
Air Maroc offering daily flights from Casablanca
London-Gatwick and Paris-Orly to Fez-Saiss airport.
Ryanair offers flights
from Girona (Barcelona), Madrid, Seville, Alicante,
Frankfurt, Dusseldorf Milano, Charleroi (Brussels),
Marseille and London Stansted to Fez, though not on
a daily basis, Transavia
flies from Paris-Orly to Fez and Easy
Jet flies from Paris-CDG to Fez¨. Please
contact your travel agency for more information.
You should ensure that you book your
flights early and select flight dates that enable you
to arrive into Fez the day before the programme begins,
the 6 April 2013 with a departure date the day after
the event finishes, the 10 April or if you can find
a flight departing from Fez after 20.00h on the 09 April
The airport is located about 15km from
the city. The best option is to take a taxi. There is
a fixed price for a taxi DH 120 from the airport to
the medina
The Zalagh
Palace Hotel is an ideal OutReach EuroAfrica
venue, located in Fez. We have negotiated a special
IBDA group rate with the hotel of approx. EUR 100 for
a single room and EUR 140 for a double room per night,
breakfast and dinner included. You will need to spend
at least 2 nights on the 07 and 08 April. Unless you
can find a flight departing from Fez after 20.00h on
09 April we strongly suggest that you reserve your hotel
room for that night too.
The IBDA has already pre-reserved rooms
for all participants. In order to confirm and secure
your actual hotel reservation, we ask you to fill in
the registration form with all your travel details:
i.e. arrival and departure, occupancy single or double,
etc. Please note that you must reserve your hotel by
18 February 2013 at
latest. We cannot guarantee room availability after
this date.

kept this fee low to facilitate easy access by any designers
who have an interest to attend.

Designers
wishing to attend the OutReach EuroAfrica Seminar
