GENERAL
ASSEMBLY AND COMMITTEE ASSEMBLY OF «THE INTERNATIONAL
BANKNOTE DESIGNERS ASSOCIATION»
HELD ON 5 September 2012 in Stockholm, Sweden
Mr Mark Stevenson welcomes the assembly
and justifies the need to hold this general assembly
in Stockholm during the 2nd IBDC by the fact that it
allows IBDA members to be present without additional
travel costs.

Election of new committee: |
The President thanks the 2010-2012
committee members for their dedication during these
2 years and presents the new committee for 2013-2014:
- Mark Stevenson
- Karin Mörck Hamilton
- Martine Warren
- Carlos Almenar Diaz
- Vanessa Lavie
This new committee is elected by
the Assembly. The new committee accept this mandate.

4. Modification of IBDA status |
The modification of the status concerns
the following subjects:
- Art 8:The admission of new members
process is simplified
- Art 11: The director, Vanessa Lavie,
becomes Administrative Director, incorporating the
Administration organ
The modifications of the status are
accepted by the Assembly
|
5. Presentation of finances: |
The President presents the budget 2011/2012
and comments the results:
- We spent ca. 27% less than budgeted
- We earned 30% less than budgeted
- 2nd IBDC will depend less on a
subsidy
- Future events must become self-financing
- IETP generates short-term risk
- We hope to avoid tax imposition
- Revenue sources: Partners = 90%, Members = 10%

6. Decision on Membership fees for 2013 |
The 2013 annual IBDA membership fee
remains unchanged and will range between Euro 300 &
1000 depending on the type of membership requested.
No further issues were discussed at
the General Assembly and the President brought the session
to a close.
